We’re excited to roll out new Agenda Widgets—clever pieces of functionality that make it even easier to organize meetings.
The first set of widgets gives organizers the ability add Agenda Items, Motions, and Sections to a meeting. You can find the widgets on the agenda page.
Use the Agenda Item widget to create new agenda items. The pop-up windows allows you to give it a title, set a duration and designate a presenter, You can also attach documents to teh agenda item. In addition, the pop-up has a ricj text editor that lets you format text, create bullet items, and include links.)
Check out the Motions widget. If your board needs to review resolutions in meetings or you want to record a vote, this widget is can help you with those tasks. We know that boards often need to tweak the language of a resolution—you can do that during your meeting in real-time with this widget. You can also ask board members to record their vote in the app or an organizer can enter the vote tally.
Finally, with Sections, you break up your agenda or documents into section. You’ll find this useful if you want put your documents into groups. And, if you have day-long meetings, retreats, or trainings, we think you’ll find Sections especially useful for indictating breaks or small group pull-outs.
As always, you can drag and drop any widget to reorder your meeting.
We have more widgets in the works. If there’s something you’d like to see, please let us know!
