Thanks to all our early users for your feedback and suggestions. Several people pointed out that about 20 percent what you do in meetings could probably be done in advance—freeing up extra time for brainstorming or deeper discussion.
We’re on it! Introducing Comments and Notifications…
Now you and your team can add or reply to Comments on individual agenda items. Use Comments to start a conversation or solve problems with your team before the meeting. Or, get input in advance so you can be better prepared to present your agenda (click for a larger image).
We’ve added Notifications to keep you and your team up to date on any changes to your meeting. Get notified of new comments, new documents, or changes to the meeting agenda. We’ve also made it easy to personalize notifications—you can change settings to receive only the notifications you want.
